When a Dataroom customer shares a document with you, the document viewer sets a small session cookie to track per-page dwell time, so the sender can understand engagement. No third-party tracker is loaded. The cookie expires when the session ends.
Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance via the product and an email to workspace admins. Editorial changes are reflected in the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
