Step-by-step
- Open Signatures → New envelope.
- Upload a PDF (or pick one from your library).
- Add signers in the order they should sign. Drag field types (signature, initial, date, text) onto each page.
- Pick a routing mode: Sequential, Parallel, or In-person.
- Optionally set reminders (3, 7, 60-days) and an expiry.
- Click Send. Each signer gets an email with a signing link.
Bulk send? Use a template with variables, then upload a CSV with one row per recipient. Each signer gets their own envelope, copy, and audit trail.
What signers see
Mobile-first viewer. No account required. Audit-grade signature collection: name, email, IP, device, consent timestamp, document hash. Certificate of completion attached on completion.
