Step-by-step
- Open Settings → Team.
- Click Invite, enter emails, pick a role.
- Invitees receive a magic link, set a password (or sign in with SSO).
Roles
Owner (full access including billing & deletion), Admin (full access except deletion), Member (create & manage their own content), Viewer (read-only).
For 50+ seats we recommend SCIM provisioning via Okta, Azure AD, Google, or JumpCloud. See the SAML SSO guide for setup.
